How come I can't access
the Site?
After joining the fan club please
allow up to 48 hours to gain access to the Fan
Club site. You will recieve a confirmation email with directions
on how to access the site including your unique login name and password.
If you continue to have issues logging in, use the 'forgot
password' link to retrieve your information. (during times pre-sales
are available you will gain access within 24 hours of joining to
ensure you can participate in the purchase of Fan Club tickets)
I
am having trouble retrieving my password and/or login information.
Initially your login name is your registered email
address associated with your account. This is the same email address
where you recieved your initial confirmation after joining. Updating
your email address within the site does not update your login information.
You can only update/change your login information on the 'my info'
page in the fan club site under 'Update Login'. If you continue
to have trouble retrieving your password and/or your email address
still is not recognized please email us at fanclub@benfolds.com.
How do I access the Fan
Club Message Board?
You can access the Fan Club message
board through the link within the Fan Club site or also from our
myspace page. You can enter the message board with the SAME login
information as the fan club site (unless you have updated your login
name/password within your message board profile, in which case it
may be different). If you still have issues logging into the Fan
Club message board forum, use the
'forgot password' link to retrieve your information.

Please allow 4-6 weeks to recieve your welcome
package after joining.

joined more than 4-6 weeks ago and still haven't gotten my package.
What's up?
Please log into the exclusive site and check
'my info' to ensure we have your most current and correct shipping
information. If your information listed is correct and you still have
not received your package after the initial wait period, please email
us at fanclub@benfolds.com
for further assistance. If your shipping information listed is incorrect
and you have exceded the initial waiting period please update your
shipping address where indicated. Please note, if you joined using
someone elses credit card, that persons shipping address may be associated
with your membership unless you otherwise indicate a different shipping
address during payment.
Renewals:
Please allow 4-6 weeks after ReNewing your
membership to recieve your package. Please note only your
initial membership (first year) to the fan club you recieve an autographed
photo...Renewal packages contain all other yearly gifts from the
fan club. |
