| Fun Palace Entertainment, Inc. was established in New York City in 1997 by tour managers / managers / industry consultants Gene Bowen and Jack Bookbinder who both learned their trade from the street and New York University in the 1980's. By working closely together for years with such legendary acts as Gregg Allman and Jeff Buckley, Bowen and Bookbinder formed Fun Palace Entertainment and created a consulting company in the field of artist management, tour and special event coordination. The company has an eye towards public service by additionally forming the non-profit organization the Road Recovery Foundation (promoting the benefits of healthy living to young people through the power of music via industry professionals whose lives have been affected by substance abuse). | Fun Palace Entertainment works with clients to set goals and achieve artistic vision, building careers based on substance, longevity and integrity. Fun Palace prides itself on providing personal attention to all aspects of career and project development and strategy. Fun Palace is the principal day-to-day liaison between artists and their record companies, booking agencies, business managers, legal firms, various internet outlets, independent promoters (radio, publicity & tour), talent buyers, merchandisers, fans, and vendors on a worldwide basis.
